1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StageFinder, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of these modifications.

2. Description of Service

StageFinder is an AI-powered internship and professional opportunity search platform. We offer services including:

  • Intelligent internship search
  • AI-powered CV analysis
  • Personalized cover letter generation
  • AI assistant (KAM) for career advice
  • Personalized job alerts
  • Application tracking

3. Registration and User Account

To use StageFinder, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password
  • Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Available Plans

  • FREE Plan: 10 AI queries per day, 1 job search per day
  • STUDENT Plan: $8.99/month - 700 total AI queries, 3 searches per day (.edu email required)
  • PRO Plan: $19.99/month - 50 AI queries per day, 10 searches per day, unlimited access

4.2 Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Automatic renewal of your subscription
  • Monthly or annual billing as per your choice
  • Displayed prices include all applicable taxes

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used periods, except in case of major service malfunction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to bypass subscription plan limitations
  • Share your account with others
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without authorization
  • Upload malicious, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with the platform's operation
  • Mass extract or copy our data

6. Intellectual Property

All StageFinder content (text, graphics, logos, code, AI algorithms) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your personal data and uploaded documents (CVs, cover letters).

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents to provide our services (AI analysis, recommendations, etc.). This license terminates when you delete your documents or account.

7. Artificial Intelligence

Our platform uses AI models to analyze your CVs, generate recommendations, and provide career advice. You acknowledge that:

  • AI results are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute guaranteed professional advice
  • AI may occasionally produce errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for verifying and validating all AI-generated information
  • We continuously improve our algorithms by analyzing interactions (anonymized)

8. Limitation of Liability

StageFinder is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That you will find an internship or job
  • The accuracy, completeness, or relevance of job postings
  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • The absence of errors or bugs

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Job Postings and Companies

Job postings displayed on StageFinder come from third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of these postings. We encourage you to exercise due diligence before applying for a position or communicating with a company.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to StageFinder immediately, without notice, if:

  • You violate these terms of service
  • You use the service abusively or fraudulently
  • Your account shows suspicious activity
  • Required by law

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory provisions dictate otherwise.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and StageFinder regarding the use of our service.
